Deposit hasn’t arrived yet? Don’t panic. Most delays are due to blockchain congestion.

Before contacting support:

Please verify the status of your transaction on the blockchain explorer (e.g., TronScan, BscScan, PolygonScan) using your Transaction Hash (TXID).

Common Reasons for Missing Funds:
1. Pending Confirmation

  • Status: Transaction is “Pending” or “Unconfirmed” on the blockchain.
  • Reason: Network congestion.
  • Solution: Wait for the network to confirm the transaction. OSbet will credit it automatically once confirmed.
2. Incorrect Network (Permanent Loss)
  • Status: Transaction is “Success” on the blockchain, but not on OSbet.
  • Reason: You sent funds via a mismatched network.
    • Example: Sending USDT-TRC20 to a BSC (BEP20) address.
  • Solution: Funds sent to the wrong network are permanently lost. We cannot retrieve or credit these transactions. Always double-check the network before sending.

3. Incorrect Address (Permanent Loss)

  • Reason: You sent funds to a typoed address or an address that does not belong to your OSbet account.
  • Solution: Funds are lost. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

Tips to Avoid Loss:

  • Always Copy & Paste the address.
  • Ensure the network on your wallet matches the OSbet deposit screen exactly (e.g., BSC to BSC).
  • Send a small test amount first.
