A Transaction Hash (TXID) is the unique digital receipt for your crypto transfer. Our support team needs this to track any missing deposits.
How to find it:
- Open the Wallet or Exchange app you sent the funds from (e.g., Binance, MetaMask, Trust Wallet).
- Go to Transaction History or Activity.
- Tap on the transaction you sent to OSbet.
- Look for a field labeled “TXID”, “Transaction Hash”, or “Internal Transfer ID”.
- Copy the long string of characters.
